I brought this product for my son who recently began playing basketball. I was looking for a product to help him improve Jumpshot mechanics. What this item does is forces him to hold his follow through on his shots. At a young age it is important to instill fundamentals and the gloves made my job much easier. Now when I'm not around and he uses his Flick Gloves he gets constant reminder that forces him to follow through because of the glove. I will definitely recommend this product for athletes who are working on JumpShot mechanics. FIVE STARS!!!!
